What are the Mushaf Fatimah or Mushaf Ali about? Where can we locate Imam Ali’s tafsir – exegesis – of the Qur’anic text, presented in the order in which each ayat was revealed?

Mushaf means collection. Companions tended to make notes on page margins of their personal manuscript copy of the Qur’an. Mushaf X, or any other Mushaf, implies therefore that the copy of the Qur’an belonged to X and has the commentary, comments and notes of X in its margins. Indeed no one can claim to have access to either of these Mushafs.
