What is the Shari’ah view regarding the alcoholic content of shampoos and body lotions?

If such alcohol has an intoxicating effect upon the user, it is najis. However, if there is no
certainty that it will, and in addition a strong probability that it will not, it is lawful to use.

As it is highly improbable that shampoos and body lotions include drinkable alcoholic beverages – muskir – one may regard them clean and lawful to use.
